In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 business apps on the Android platform in Ghana exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Zoom Workplace saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting with around 15K in late September and peaking at approximately 17.3K in early November. However, downloads decreased towards the end of December, settling at 7.7K. The app's weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 244.8K and experiencing a slight dip to 223.6K by the end of the quarter. Revenue remained minimal, with a notable spike to $8 in early December.

All Languages Translator experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, starting at about 3.5K and reaching over 5.1K in early November. Active users also increased steadily from 13.6K at the beginning of the quarter to around 15.1K by the end of December. Revenue was negligible throughout the quarter.

Shaxi Driver, a late entrant to the market in December, had a notable initial surge with over 37K downloads in its first week. However, downloads dropped sharply to 531 by the end of the month. Data for active users was not available.

iScanner - PDF Scanner App had a varied performance in downloads, beginning with 433 in late September and peaking at around 6.2K in late October. Active users also saw a rise, starting from 1.1K and reaching up to 5.9K by late October, before slightly declining to 2.8K by the end of December. Revenue showed a moderate increase, peaking at $68 in mid-December.
